The Trump Administrations Problem is that they desperately want to invoke the Insurrection Act but they aren't really getting the optics they want. They were likely hoping for angry brown people rioting in the streets but instead are getting dancing furries.

Republicans' main problem with the No Kings Protest is two things really.

Images of grannies and people in frog suits getting beat up is going to look very bad for them.

Dems have learned a lot of lessons from the George Floyd protests in keeping things peaceful and rooting out bad actors.
