Due to my messed-up shoulder, I've ice-packed myself into a severe Raynaud's flare that came with an ugly headache, so Eldest made me Stash Maple Apple Cider tea and just holding the warm mug feels healing.

There's mention of cancelling a different book bowl out of "an abundance of caution" and I thought, "Oh, okay, pandemic years." No. No, that's not why someone cancelled out of an abundance of caution. It's because there are some small-minded fools there who are afraid of kids reading.

In 2023, Cobb County’s Reading Bowl was canceled, “out of an abundance of caution, and in light of recent events.” That caution came due to the district’s book banning and fear that the titles included in the program–again, titles selected by state library workers–would come under fire.

My dogs get more of their favorite pricier treats (that last longer and buy me time) during times when my health or pain level is bad.

The last few months, I've found myself buying these treats that are on a monthly subscription plan in the last week in the month.

We ran out on the 10th this time.

As someone with diagnosed PTSD related to sexual assault who is back on medication decades later DUE TO this administration and the fact that they're all monsters he's helping to enable, I'd love if he'd help people with actual PTSD get the care they need, and not just help destroy healthcare.

This morning I was filming ICE abducting sometime in Petworth. One of the agents told me "the last US citizen that did this he put in cuffs all the way to the courtroom".
