I swear the discourse™ gets more distressing every year. It's very obvious it's not about the truth or being right. It's all about feeling like a hero when the other guy quits/blocks/ gets doxxed/dies/etc. whether it's real world politics or One Punch Man's animation quality, it's the same mentality

So if you end up hitting a wall revisit any youtube tutorials, double check dependencies, and you oughta be able to sort it out. Ideally it takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish.

As for adding things to your model, it's mostly the same process, but you have to fiddle around with some settings depending on what you're adding. It's a lot of trial and error even with tutorial videos - But keep in mind that it's not supposed to be Hard either

Drag/import the unity file from the model you downloaded into unity, then drag the scene from assets to the top right area, then open up the VR Chat SDK on the toolbar up top, click build and test - see if it works - and then upload if it does!

It's tricky, but more or less you just need this and the right version of unity - Some models need older versions. In the creator companion, create a new project with the right unity versions and enable any dependencies listed on the store page of the model you bought
