Can't wait to go back and find the episodes talking about "Finding Mr. Christmas"

More and more people are saying it: if you don’t already, you should be listening to @itschristmastown.bsky.social, and when better than the start of the Countdown to Christmas Countdown (we’re counting them down!). Tell them Mack sent you and get a reggaeton horn played in honor*

Wish I could forget the stupid phone numbers of the past (some of which are not in service any more) instead of the important stuff of now, but here we are.

If anyone needs me I will be in the museum, lying down next to the bog bodies.
Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?
2? Questions
I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?

I like to disagree with people who assume I'm just adding/removing commas all day. (My mom used to assume that.) But... honestly... I am doing that -- and adding more dashes lol

When I'm asked what editors do, I tell people we save writers from themselves. Just kidding—I just correct "less vs fewer" and make sure Pokémon has an accent mark.

Per ESPN Research, A'ja Wilson and Jackie Young are the first pair of teammates in WNBA history with at least 30 points in the same playoff game.
