i hate the way digital colour grading is used. the fakeness and crassness of the overpumped saturation on the left is awful. wish we had got a fury road that looked like the right hand picture.

This place looks fake, all the colours pumped up like a crass tv ad that just wants attention.

The same scene from behind-the-scenes footage, though from a very slightly different angle. Now the sky looks like desert sky, pale and hazy. The ground looks like dry sand, pale dirt. This place looks not only real, it looks deadly.

The stone was dead and we all knew it, but knowing wasn't the same as accepting.

A postcard, front and back.

The front is a photo of Saint Patrick's Grave in Ireland. A giant stone slab rests on a bed of cobblestone in the middle of a large graveyard. A town is just in the distance, past a few winter-bare trees.

The back reads: The stone was dead and we all knew it, but knowing isn't the same as accepting. Georgette believed the stone could be brought back to life, but Antoni told her not to be silly, because the rock wasn't dead. Stoney, aware of the irony inherent in his name, didn't want to get involved, but he was the only one of us with a car, so joke's on him. That's what Antoni said, trying to keep it all lighthearted, but his mom ran a morgue and his sense of humor was that of a drowning man. Still, Stoney drove us around to pick up supplies for the ritual Antoni swore would work. And it would, we all felt it. And we all feared it. I, for one, was glad the stone was dead. But the stone wasn't glad at all. Antoni set up everything on the stone, and Stoney, poor Stoney, handed him the knife.

You can also get funding (fees + loan/bursary) to study one year CertHE Gaelic immersion courses in Glasgow or at Sabhal Mòr, regardless of income and even if you've already done a SAAS funded degree. Just saying.

If you're in Scotland and earned under £25k in the previous year, you can study part time at undergraduate level for free. Online or in-person courses. Even if you've already done a SAAS funded degree.

its not just daniil though. i saw a bit of a convo with clara, and her face has also been weirdly plasticised.

guess id better hope this is just demo stuff thats not-yet-finalised, that the lighting and shading in the final will be better.

it *probably* should be in there with Private allowed and Public disallowed—but idk which of those two categories windows thinks your home wifi is in (it is often set up wrong)

mostly guessing here: but it could be that CCleaner removed a windows firewall exception for ComicGlass? if you go to the firewall stuff in windows settings, there should be a "Allow an app through the firewall" option that shows something like this screenshot.

check for ComicGlass in there.
