Ehlers-Danlos syndrome #EDS is both a chronic illness and a disability. It's a rare genetic disorder that affects connective tissues and can cause chronic pain, fatigue, & other symptoms. Hard to navigate life with as you don't realize those with EDS have to find ways around normal everyday actions.

Asthma & any other pulmonary chronic illness is one thing, it seems to literally suck the life out of you while you're just trying to make it paycheck to paycheck, and most of us are just one away from disaster. I've had it since I was a child, and so many of my memories are of nebulizer days..

Anemia can be a contributing factor to #POTS (yupp gots that too). fewer red blood cells, equals less oxygen circulating in the body. Dropping BP & increasing heart rate as the body tries to compensate.
