Which reminds me, I desperately need to get good N95s, but that's money that I don't have right now and haven't had for months.

I want to protect myself better but doing so is expensive, and is why we need the societal level changes so we aren't burdening everyone with an expense many can't afford.

Do I know for fact that COVID gave me a seizure disorder, or lowered the threshold to a degree I could hit any time without medications? No, I don't.

But I don't want others to find out by developing one themselves, nor do I want to find out if repeat infections over time make things worse.

I would be a helluva lot more comfortable in general knowing that others are doing whatever they can to help curtail spread by proxy of making sure they don't get it in the first place.

Because I don't want to fuck up my body more. Even if it's just another joint-dislocating seizure.

Hell, just getting the new shots could pose a seizure risk because the last time I got one, *two days later* I had a gnarly seizure. Despite being fairly well medicated at the time (we doubled doses after that).

The fucking *vaccine* may pose a threat. The thing that helps curb hospitalizations.

I do not know what else I can develop over time because I made the mistake of not protecting myself seriously. I'm possibly more at risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis than I already might be (thanks, mom, for those genes).

I don't know what repeat infections will do to me.

I was possibly already prone to a seizure disorder (or had one but the threshold was extremely difficult to hit) but after getting COVID a couple times, after my bout in May '23, I have a seizure disorder now.

Every seizure I've had has ended up in me injuring myself. Like, dislocating joints.

Jag skulle gärna se både en starkare media och mer högljudda invånare. Det gäller att peka på och ifrågasätta det som sker, inte bara gnälla vänner emellan och hoppas att allt blir bättre efter nästa val. Om ingen egentligen gör någonting kommer de pågående utvecklingarna bara fortsätter.

Regeringen tror att de kommer undan med att slänga Greta Thunberg under bussen för att några som engagerat sig i konvojen kanske uttryckt sig positivt om Hamas. Det är kalkylen. Samma kalkyl som Israel byggt hela sitt folkmord på. Bara skrik Hamas så kommer du undan med precis vad som helst.

I’m not interested in a society where I have to wear high a respirator and take good tests regularly to be able to enter public spaces, but that’s where we are as long as we refuse to clean the air, don’t have universal paid sick leave, and pretend covid has no long term damage.

Något inom arkeologin som är fascinerande är saker vi upptäcker nu på väldigt gamla fynd. En sådan grej är ju tatueringar på mumifiera de lik som man lyckats få fram genom att fota dessa i infrarött.

Sånt händer hela tiden. Någon arkivarie har sorterat runt ett fynd hela livet och helt plötsligt
