If you want a hard copy of your playlists (just the song/artist names and some extraneous details), you can export the .CSV files through a service like Exportify, and then import that into Excel/Spreadsheet. The Exportify .CSV shows Spotify's specifications for every single song, which I find cool.

The best option to support musicians is to give them money directly. Bandcamp is great and has specific Fridays where artists get 100% of the money.
