at managable prices. The median price for a home is does not work for most in town. That has to be corrected, but now the developers are going to be less willing to propose projects.

RCPD budgets are going to become even more of a fight. Some high-end city management folks are likely to be (4x)

Small biz owners, of course, are hit hardest by those taxes in the biz community.

The outcomes are inconsistent as the City Commission is going to be led by a more "fiscally responsible" group, but the more liberal school board candidates carried the day in that election.
