There’s something about Drew Struzan’s passing that’s deeply saddening.

I feel like we’re losing influential artists of every kind and have nothing that replaces them. Instead we have cheap AI knockoffs that studios are happy to pay for to save a few dollars.

A giant hole in culture is forming.

It’s the best TNG movie we got, there’s not a bad thing about it. The writing is top notch but the casting and acting is on another level entirely.
