Tried to move my phone no. from T-Mobile to AT&T. I had my dad on a 3-way call with 3 T-Mobile reps, who ultimately connected us an AT&T rep, who set up a 4-way call with T-Mobile, who decided they couldn't fix my problem. Thank god, I told Dad, this wasn't a govt service — imagine the bureaucracy!
