CEO Greg Adams and executives are sitting on billions, while refusing to invest in the caregivers and patients.

Healthcare workers are standing up for patients, not profits.

Safe staffing = Safe care.

When caregivers want to improve patient care. Unless Kaiser keeps up with other employers, staff dwindles and wait times will grow.

One of my fave signs today at the kaiser strike line at Kaiser Sunnyside Hospital today. It's heavy with several picket sticks holding it up. "We are Kaiser OFNHP 5017 Fighting for the Care Our Patients Deserve" it's not knitted! They said it was knotted on a special loom! #Nurses #Strike #yarn

Day 2 of posting a cat every day we work without a contract. I am an @ofnhp.bsky.social nurse. This is my cat. Many of my patients have cats, and I distract them from thinking about the sutures I am removing by chatting about their cats. I LOVE my job AND we need a good contract. #OneVoiceOneFuture

Contracts expire IN SIX DAYS for many @ahcu.bsky.social union locals, including my own @ofnhp.bsky.social @aft.org 5017. I just saw our employer refused to open the door to UFCW 770 to accept a petition signed by hundreds of members.
So, it is not going as well as I'd hoped. #OneVoiceOneFuture
