I don’t know how many years it is for you, but I can tell you that the pain feels a little less sharp each year. It never fully goes away but it does get better.

The end of our dining room with a suite of four framed molas on the walls. Each mola is a handmade piece of Panamanian folk art made of layered/cut fabric stitched together. They are full of bright colors and have been framed similarly so they are all in dialogue with each other.
