Murray is one of three players to record 500 3-pointers, 150 blocks and 150 steals over the last three seasons, along with Anthony Edwards and Derrick White, per ESPN Research. He becomes the sixth player to ink a rookie extension this year ahead of the Oct. 20 deadline.

Sacramento Kings forward Keegan Murray has agreed to a five-year, $140 million rookie contract extension with the franchise, Mark Bartelstein and Kyle McAlarney of @PrioritySports tell ESPN. Massive new deal for the Kings to lock in their 2022 No. 4 overall pick through 2030-31.

Sacramento didn't have another true PG on its roster outside of Dennis Schroder, and now they have Russell Westbrook, who averaged 13-5-6 last year with Denver.

Westbrook's 6.1 assists per game would have led the Kings last season.
