-Shaw might not have been calling the plays but was a major influence on Stanford's offense. Can't put it all on Pritchard.
-Pritchard was a very young coach back then. STILL is a young coach w/up-side.
-If he was a super-candidate, he'd already have a better job than this one.

I've spent too much time talking to defensive coaches. Because all I can think watching certain games now is:
Don't let inexperienced QBs run to the right.

And while I think they still plan to add Seth, probably fairly soon, until you actually do it, you can always change your mind and maybe sign somebody else. Or sign nobody.
