I've been trying to sell my house in Texas (terrible timing), and it was finally under contract, but the buyer just bailed because they are a federal employee and worried they are about to get RIF'd. Such a bummer. Sucks for me, but even worse for them. What a mess.

As an aside, I learned last night that in my town the organizer is asking that we use "No Tyrants" or "No USA Kings" in place of "No Kings," in polite deference to our own King Charles. Makes sense to me. 🤷‍♀️
