A series of explosions hit Ryazan overnight, with drones targeting the local oil refinery and Dyagilevo airbase. A massive blaze broke out near the catalytic cracking or hydrocracking unit, part of a refinery producing 12–13M tons annually. Some sources say "Peklo" missile-drones were used.

An update on this story - singer Yevgeniy Mikhailov was also jailed for 14 days for protest songs.

He was charged in Yekaterinburg with petty hooliganism (due to obscene language in Noize MC's song "Swan Lake Cooperative") + "discrediting the Army"

Ukraine's Security Service presented a new version of their "Sea Baby" marine drones.

The SBU says "This weapon changed the war at sea."
They're capable of carrying machine gun and missile weapons, operate at long distances and have a self-destruct system.

My friends in the 151st Brigade came under enemy fire. Everyone is safe, but most equipment was destroyed.

They now have to rebuild from scratch: Starlink, drone jammer, cables, antennas, and other essentials.

The #Kharkiv mayor showed how children were evacuated from a kindergarten that was hit by three Russian Shahed drones.

Fortunately, the teachers managed to take the kindergarteners to the shelter in time, and as soon as rescuers reached the basement, all 48 children were evacuated.
