In the discussion he is also called “kombat” — i.e. battalion commander...

One of them, Saratov Oblast resident Isenbaev Mendvai Timofeevich. His name will soon be on the memorial. It is easy to die for the Tsar and for money at any age.

Another 198 names of eliminated Russian occupiers have been added to the memorial in Saratov.
Two pillars remain empty, and an expansion of the memorial is already planned.

Typically, names are added in March, May, July, October, and December. So, in March 2026, all pillars will likely be full, and we will find out if they will start adding on the other sides as well.

In Saratov, the third of six front sides of the newly added pillars was completely filled. Another 330 new names were added.

Senior Lieutenant Титов Василий Викторович (Titov Vasily Viktorovich), deputy commander for military and political work of a motor rifle company, was killed in Ukraine on 2 March ’23.
Russians believe “he died for us, so that we could live a normal life.”
