I take a break from doomscrolling and sit on my porch. It looks lovely and peaceful and all I’d ever hoped for in my last few years on this earth. But I can’t relax. I can’t escape the feeling that I’m going insane— this isn’t the America I believed in all my life. 🙁🚩
