It appears that I am going to have to text the Oregon AG again reminding him of Title 18 USC 242, Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law.
Assault and detaining anyone without a warrant is certainly, Deprivation of Rights.
State officers need to enforce federal law. Even if DOJ won't prosecute.

I realize law needs DOJ, to prosecute these charges. But I believe, that does not stop local police from enforcing federal law.
I'm trying to think outside the box, to text Oregon AG legal interference to stop ICE abductions.
Could State AG's detain them for assault without authorization papers?
