Man, they got paid their salaries to make the game. I can't control what you do but you should consider that the only way we can create meaningful change is through focused political action together and boycotting is the easiest kind you can do.

I have a memory seared into my brain of that MMO WildStar having a behind the scenes video where they said they had to have sprint stamina to make the speed feel meaningful and then like a year after its launch they just bumped everyones speed up to the sprint cause it was better lol

If anything, the games problem is that there really were Jewish super scientists who kinda were controlling things behind the scenes which is not great! They do go to great lengths however to explain that the Nazis stole this tech and have no idea how it works and are incompetent dummies

I got an anime tattoo that kinda looked like a rune tattoo and the artist required me to send multiple links proving it was weeb shit before they agreed to do it. Most tattoo artists are pretty keyed into this kinda thing, being in the alt scene kind of inherently

Every time a main plot cutscene happened I got bored but the Tale and Bounty side quests and the expressiveness of the combat are just such a better (and more stylish) game it's kinda crazy? Like, why only in the side content does this game come out?

Meanwhile, our antiheroine is seducing her way through the male character, only to be revealed in the third act as the boy-child, now turned via surgery and hormones into a woman.”

I will say the Miike mode was definitely odd at times (sometimes a NPC would be completely brown or red) but the increased blood added so much for me I never turned it off. I wish the game leaned into the cool shit more often, as you say

I had a cousin who got a swastika tat in prison and didn't know what it meant until his parents sat him down and explained his new prison friends were not very nice people. Anyways, moral is he got it covered up pretty quick and this guy could've too even if he was dumb

Yes!!! I'm a firm believer there is not much of a path forward unless we can control our own narrative and that only happens if we have our own media ecosystem. It worked very well for the right (Fox and such) and they captured the mainstream so we gotta rebuild! Keep fighting the good fight!

Me (trans woman) and my husband (trans dude) both had to change our names to something completely different cause we got anxiety whenever someone used our deadnames but I encourage anyone who likes their old name well enough cause it's easier in a lot of ways (legal change is a headache lol)
