Having seen the stock image, I can say exactly what they did:

This is a simple bitmap trace in a vector editing software like Inkscape. This rounded look is *very* common to it! Pre-dates AI by years. I was wondering why this looked so familiar. I'll see if I can reproduce it.

Those advocating for a $15 minimum wage in the year of our lord 2025 need to get their shit together.

$15 had always been the compromise and as the goalposts shift, the goals need to as well.
