At least one other person, who identified herself on social media as Kat Abughazaleh, a former journalist also running for Congress, landed on the ground during that same protest after she was pushed by a federal law enforcement agent in a camouflage uniform wearing a full face covering, sunglasses and a helmet, video by CNN affiliate WBBM showed.

I agree with that. I think a lot of the frustration is seeing what’s happening and what’s coming & feeling like there must be someone who can fix it. The problem is - what we are seeing is the culmination of decades of right wing propaganda & for halfish of the country the see all this as winning

My dad was a huge NRA-for life gun-lover. A few years ago he was dividing up his collection and I let my brothers take them all - claimed his stereo instead.

Honest question - what should we do? The American people gave MAGA both houses of Congress, the Supreme Court, and the presidency - an the mainstream media is too afraid of trump to be honest an ignores what democratic leaders say? I don’t see a lot of levers to pull.

Violence has many forms - while some are obvious and loud, most violence is polite and respectable. All violence hurts and kills. As a society, collectively we have proven unwilling to address either type - and so violence remains deeply present in all facets of American life.

The MSNBC commentator saying that most political violence has historically come from the left just once again showed how we suffer from failing to learn history. Lynching, pogroms, race riots, the political violence that ended Reconstruction, and against the Civil Rights Movement. Come on.

BREAKING: ICE is sending Russian dissidents back to Russia. When the dissidents arrived in Russia, the Russian authorities were given documents relating to their asylum applications in the US which under US law are confidential. This seems to be part of a secret agreement between Trump and Putin.

The @nytimes.com ran a whole story about the murder of Venezuelan civilians on a ship as if it were a military matter and we were at war with Venezuela. It was a crime. The story never mentioned that Trump ordered a criminal act and the Navy followed an illegal order. This is a major event.
