The IRA *was* cheap energy and good jobs! That was the whole bill! Democrats did precisely what political pundits are telling them to do and the pundits just ignore it.

the party now cared more about climate change and various academic fixations than cheap energy and good-paying jobs.

Absolutely! My post is in the context of: www.wvxu.org/local-news/2... , of which I'm involved. Currently the city has no real-time visibility on its roads. Utilize the existing cameras on the buses and you get coverage on the majority of road issues. That's my idea, anyway.

Pothole Couns: On Metro Routes vs Total.

In the city of Cincinnati, potholes that intersect metro bus routes vs the total number of potholes.

These are counts of "filled" potholes from the OPDA. Approx 71K total, 42K on metro routes, between Jan 2023 and September 2025.

The majority are filled during Jan/February/March (the cold months)
