This was the sentiment I was going for with my own birthday drawing. Even though it really doesn't look good and I could draw so much better than that, I went through the entire progress of drawing and colouring it and still felt joy that it's out there now.

Aaaaaugh I've fixed my pen brush on Krita... I thought it was a Krita bug that my pen would suddenly lose all pressure when I make fast strokes. Turns out the brush had speed-based pressure on and for some reason goes to 0 brush size VERY rapidly. 😭 Who thought that was a good idea?!?!
