This reboot/remake will likely fix that because of who is directing it, but it won’t look as nice. Not even the prettiest John Wick movie looks as nice as the original Highlander imo

This is in addition to the GOG releases on PC. It’s actually pretty neat that you can play the original release of every RE game on PS4/PS5/PC. Though it gets sketchy when talking about RE4 since that got upgraded when put on HD platforms. Then RE5 and RE6 got res/framerate upgrades

As much as I agree that Capcom sucks about putting the original releases of games on platforms, you CAN play the PS1 versions of RE 1-3 on PS3, PS4, and PS5

Every anime fan should have at least one Blu-ray player. 4K UHD Blu-ray if you can swing it, consoles and PC’s with disc drives count, just get something that will playback discs. If you’re younger and grew up on streaming, please just listen to old people on this one thing: Get a Blu-ray player.
