That's terrible. Their reporting system is terrible as well. I got scammed by several months ago through an account that was purporting to be managing a craft fair by pretending to be the organizers. I reported the account, and they told me it was valid and left it up.

Almost impossible to mail anything to the United States these days and if you're using Chitchats, if one package on the truck is not 100% compliant, US Border Services is turning the entire truck around. As for Canada Post? Forget it.
