During the campaign she was criticized for focusing so heavily on preventing fascism instead of on "kitchen table issues."

Now that Dems are literally focusing on kitchen table issues (ie, healthcare/inflation etc), they're being criticized for "not focusing on preventing fascism."

Just a quick look at his wikipedia says "of" could be replaced by "in".
Also despite his quoted claim, I can think of a time when the Constitution had an explicit system of racial prejudice.

This is why I think Dems should push for 13 Justices the next time they have control. 13 stripes, 13 colonies, 13 Justices. It will make sense in a shallow and thus effective way to get it in place and then lock it in.
