If you are a federal worker or military member going without pay there is normally some help to be found, a lot of mortgage companies will give you a month (or more) of reprieve. Some banks are more lenient than others, but make these calls first before taking more drastic measures.

It is amazing that I don’t know 20+ years ago I was saying you don’t sell renewables to the masses with climate change, you sell it as saving money. Now people are writing op-eds and articles about it like it is a grand epiphany.

Hard to believe that in the Information Age we need a jobs report from the govt. Why aren’t think tanks or others collecting similar statistics, a lot of it is public record? When the economy is a huge story we can run stories using investigative journalism, right?

sound engineers for live rock events just suck and it has been this way for maybe a decade or more. I don’t know what happened, but everyone just cranks up the loud and it is mixed so poorly. There are exceptions, NIN was good without ear plugs. It has to be different monitoring equipment, idk

This game has *everything*: a weird throwing error by Tigers ace; a Guardians batter hit in face by a pitch, had to leave game via medical cart; guys reaching base via infield hits each traveling < 50 feet; tying the game via wild pitch; go-ahead run scored via balk ... 😱 #GuardsBall
