"Puff-ball" is, literally, "pell-hwyth", I think. I can't find anything better, in either the Gerlyver Meur or in Nance's Dictionary. I imagine my gran must have had a dialect term. I'll ask my mum.

Interesting number of words for "fart" in Breton 😳😁🤪 (We just have "bramm" in Cornish. "Bramm an gath!" ("the cat's fart") is a mild expression of annoyance 😼)
