Trying to implement a 12 stage ETL pipeline to merge Glottolog families, PanLex concepts, wiktionary, tatoeba, PHOIBLE phonetics and more into a unified graph database is more work than I thought. My poor laptop is being tested. #langsky

Okay some personal updates. I got a Japanese tutor and I feel it has made so much of a difference in my confidence. If you can spare the money, seriously just get a tutor. #langsky

It's been a while. I am still working on asakiri.com Lots of cool updates. Beginner Japanese and Okinawan course. You can now auto generate exercises like mcq, form a sentence, fill in the blanks from your lessons. #langsky

My Japanese teacher says I am intermediate level. Which may be true because I was able to understand and respond when 90% of the class was in Japanese. When did this happen. I though I was not progressing at all. #langsky
