Science is littered with bad, terrible and fake studies. That is a problem. It undermines trust is scientific data and public health. These studies ate abused by charlatans, extremists and tge ignorant.

The key word is "communication". How do you expect to communicate effectively with a human, of you talk about different things at the same time?
