Years back the City Attorney took a bait bike case to court. The bait bike was a run down POS left in a bush in an abandoned parking lot. A homeless woman found it, rode it, and then was arrested, charged, and tried for theft.

She was acquitted.

The City Attorney is a halfwit piece of shit.
