I wish there were cameras that captured license plate numbers of drivers who enter a crosswalk when there's a pedestrian in it followed by a very stiff fine for those drivers.
It might be late October but this rose doesn't care that summer's gone.

What is the monthly rent on the "low income" units. That is a critical piece of information.
Hey, Houston just made himself Energy Minister and plans to get Nova Scotians out of poverty. 😄 Should I start holding my breath? From what I've seen of Tim Houston, the only people that will benefit from his plans to develop resources will be his rich corporate friends.
I have never seen nor heard of horses eating aquatic plants! Fascinating! Beautiful photos!

Keshen Goodman is beyond noisy as well especially late afternoons when the high school next door gets out. What was wrong with the old rule of being quiet in libraries? Especially needed now when a lot of people use libraries as their office/workplace.
In all the years I've lived in Halifax and Bedford, Nova Scotia I have never seen Julie's heart-shaped Pond dry! The poor ducks were just wandering around the parking lot instead of swimming in the pond like they normally do. There was just a small bit of water at the top part of the heart. #halisky

Premier Houston and his bright ideas.
Nova Scotia, our Covid forecast is now severe. About 1 of every 58 people is infected. Wear a well-fitted mask (like an N95) in public spaces. Open windows or meet outside. Booking for Covid & flu vaccines is now available.
And add to that the difficulty in finding the machine to begin with. Once you get out of your car with no machine in sight you don't know whether to go left or right or up or down or where to find the machine. If you have an appt to get to, it's highly annoying and unnecessarily stressful.
Wow! And all within a few meters/feet of the road. I spent a lot of time in Kananaskis photographing wildlife, but I was never lucky enough to see a wolf there (although I saw them other places in Alberta). Incredible footage! Thanks for sharing it.
I have spent time photographing in that area on a few occasions and I can testify as well that the Blackfeet lands are absolutely gorgeous! What a view! Beautiful shot!
on a personal note:
Hillside United church is holding the 1st annual Donna Dodsworth Memorial Food Drive on Saturday, Oct 25th.
Brave, extroverted folks will be knocking on doors asking for donations. Also an option to drop off donations at 12 flamingo drive between 10am & noon that day!
