The “funny cat video” genre is now totally fucked by Ai slop flooding the platforms. I think there might be a place for these AI videos for memes and amusement (cats at Olympics for example) but when they depict fairly basic fails or go for realism I can’t feel the same way watching them.

I just heard via Lisa Downs (Life After… movies). She only mentioned last week about how he’s going to play a part in the new Goonies doc she’s filming. She was fortunate to interview his son and meet with Drew briefly in his studio.

The LibDem seats highest up Reform's target seat list if ranked by simple arithmetic of 2024 majority

Tiverton and Minehead (302nd)
There are unlikely to be more than a tiny handful of Lib Dem versus Reform constituency battles at the next general election. No Reform candidate was a runner-up in a Lib Dem held constituency. There were only three constituencies where Reform, in third or fourth place, finished within 20% of the Lib Dem winner. There are no Lib Dem-held constituencies in the top 100 Reform target seats – though Newton Abbot in Devon would be Reform’s 102nd if the seats were ranked arithmetically. Reform came in third place, 9% behind the Conservative runner-up and 14% short of the Liberal Democrats. Only three more Lib Dem seats would feature if Reform stretched its target list to 200 seats with Frome 161st, Torbay 174th and Hazel Grove 175th by the arithmetic of the last election. And those might be harder seats to target than similarly long-shot Conservative or Labour seats, where Reform could hope to convert more voters from the incumbent party. In Brecon, Radnor & Cwm Tawe in Wales, Reform finished in fourth place, but just 16% behind the Lib Dem winner, making it 208th on an arithmetically ranked Reform target list. There are seats such Glastonbury (239th Reform target seat), North Devon (250th) and Tiverton and Minehead (302nd) and another dozen where Reform could go past the Conservatives into second place if there was a 10% swing between the parties on the right, but where that would leave both parties a long way behind the incumbent, unless Reform could target large numbers of Liberal Democrat voters directly.
