Het niet halen van onze klimaatdoelen kan leiden tot rechtszaken. En de dwangsommen die daaruit voortvloeien wil de overheid mogelijk betalen uit het Klimaatfonds – terwijl dat Klimaatfonds nou juist is bedoeld om de klimaatdoelen te halen.
