The word "democracy" comes from ancient Greek, combining the words "demos" (meaning "people") and "kratos" (meaning "power" or "rule") to form dēmokratia ("rule by the people"). But the Supreme Court said he couldn't be prosecuted? This means the prosecution must prove that the actions in question were unofficial to proceed with a criminal case. SCOTUS ruled #47 has immunity from criminal prosecution for acts "official" presidential acts, but not for "unofficial" ones. 👂👀

With PLCAA in place, gun murder & suicides have skyrocketed while gun industry executives continue to get rich off the pain they inflict in our communities.

Until they’re held accountable, gun companies won't make guns safer, or stop sales to people who shouldn’t have them. PLCAA must be repealed.

My nine year-old daughter has an amazing green thumb, but when these stubborn sunflowers just wouldn’t bloom, it made her really sad.

But she didn’t give up. She made sure they had the right amount of water and sun for months, always tending.

And now, as fall fades, they finally bloomed.
