In 2028 I will only vote for a Democrat who vows to tear down this ballroom and promises to restore both the East Wing and the Rose Garden. There are numerous other important issues to be sure but this has to done. We can call it Detrumpification.

The terms of 13 members appointed by President Biden had expired when Trump took office in January 2025, and Trump had not appointed new members. He also has not nominated a director of the National Park Service (NPS), which traditionally chairs the committee/😿shocking demolition of the White House
