They use a strict criteria to include cases, so this likely vastly undercounts the number of US citizens who ICE/DHS agents have assaulted. For example, this case from OKC (from April) wouldn't be included in the database.

I feel like regulating data centers' energy grid impacts is such a layup for state legislators. These costs should be borne by tech companies, who can then pass them on to their users. There is no reason why local residents should be paying increased energy bills.

I tend to think that, if it weren't for insurance in some cases, reporting crime would barely happen at all. Police would just go protect rich people and their property, which is what they do for the most part anyway.
