Looks like things are NOT going well for US Attorney Jeanine Pirro in the trial of Sydney Lori Reid for allegedly assaulting federal officers while interfering with a ICE custody transfer at the DC jail. Recall: Grand juries declined to indict Reid 3x so Pirro's office charged a misdemeanor instead.
