Hippo.

The biggest, baddest grizzlies are going to top out at ~1200lbs.
The biggest, baddest hippos: 9000lbs.

Very rarely do grizzlies tangle with full adult male bison, and those guys are 2800lbs.

And hippos are way more ornery than bison...
