The alleged "victim" in the Kat Abughezaleh indictment was wearing civilian dress. The car is described as govt vehicle, but no description of it being marked.

was wearing civilian clothes driving a government-owned vehicle (the “Government
Vehicle”) to the BSSA to report for his official duties. Agent A’s official duties at the
BSSA included supervising logistics such as intake, processing, bedspace and
transportation coordination for those temporarily detained in Broadview,
communicating with upper management and federal partners to manage operations
and ensure necessary supplies and proper staffing levels, and responding to requests
for information, both internally and from the public.

Based on this indictment and several others, we see that the government has empaneled a grand jury to look into activities that inconvenience ICE in any way in an attempt to criminalize Chicagoans.

Here is what we saw; two (and only two) masked agents with DHS and Homeland Security on their back driving a single car pulled up on our neighbor, threw him in the back of their car, and sped of. That’s what I know. Location 10:10am 9/17/25 ^

The entire *value* of the ALPR network derives from mass collection and mass data sharing (i.e. the network effect) between Flock's clients.

The *economics* dictate that they will share data with the Feds again and again and again.
