Matt Walsh and Elon Musk celebrated it as a victory over "transgenderism."

Turns out, the entire graph is based on an egregious math and statistics error.

Remember the "devout Christian mother" who sued a school for holding a Pride event in 2018? (The case was heard in 2023.) This was very expensive legal action. She was backed by "Christian Concern", a trading name of CCFON Ltd, based in Wimpole St in London and funded by the ADF among others.

Important 🧵 on the reality of Christofascist influence in the UK . It's far more than you think. And they spread it by adopting 'respectable' prejudices like transphobia as wedge issues.

Trans people have been shouting about this for years and being ignored.

It's willful blindness/ hypocricy by journalists who have amplified the transphobic narratives that opened the door to these groups!

In the meantime, it's causing fear & confusion. As I understand it:

● this only applies to some people on skilled visas
● it's not "A level English" it's something called SELT
● much the same requirement exists elsewhere in EU
