Please don’t wait for an indie book series to be finished before you pick up the books. Just buy them. Don’t wait.

So MANY indie series never get finished because the author gets zero sales on the opening volumes and gives up.

Give them a reason to keep going.

It's my favorite buttercream! Less sweet and more custard flavored. Definitely more work to make it, though. You have to make the pastry cream first and then the buttercream.

Recently celebrated my 40th birthday. Decided to make my own cake. I'm not much of a cake decorator, but this turned out OK.
