The press lost its shit for weeks at the mere thought of referring to Trump and his political movement as "fascist."

Republicans meanwhile use every -ist epithet they can muster against Democrats of any stripe and the press doesn't say a word.

The Trump administration is now literally *fighting* to deny food to 42 million people, more than a third of them children.

Read that again.

The only thing I care about in a president for 2028 is holding every one of these people accountable under the law in the harshest manner possible. Anything short of that is a waste of time.

Reform UK's 'brilliant' cost-saving strategy? Closing care homes.

One Reform voter says it best: “If there are parents who have paid into the system all their lives, worked hard for this country, if they’re ‘waste’, then we might as well just give up.”

That the UK - one of the architects of this fund, designed to save the world’s forests - is now refusing to put any money into it is frankly shameful. Starmer’s claim that he still continues to back the fund is meaningless without resources - so much for climate leadership

Fuck every single person trying to mandate red poppies in November. They're all flag shagging fascist fucks.

A by-the-mile road tax for EVs is a perfectly sensible policy, given fuel duty receipts fall as people swap to electric cars…*if* you keep hiking fuel duty so that EVs are still much cheaper to run.

What’s the odds we do the first bit and not the second, boosting petrol cars all over again?

Vital piece of investigative reporting from Sky. They've uncovered the X algorithm which feeds users extremist right wing material from the moment they join the site. It is a far-right radicalisation engine, by design.

Every single woman you know has had this happen to her. Even the goddamn president of Mexico.
Brava: “If I don’t file a complaint, then what message does that send to all Mexican women?” Ms. Sheinbaum said at her daily news conference, noting sexual harassment was a crime… “If this can happen to the president, what’s going to happen to all the young women & women across our country?”
