I was NeverTrump long before being so was cool. ExGOP. Snarkier than your average BlueSkyer.

He's effing shameless in his lies.

Like a damn psychopath.
Johnson: "Grijalva should be working for her constituents right now. I don't know what she's doing. I keep seeing their political stunt videos. She should be in her office. She should be working or in the district for her constituents" (Grijalva is not in fact a Rep. b/c Johnson refuses to seat her)
My representative, Tim Burchett, is a lying sack of shit who knows he's lying.

The people who hate America are the ones trying to turn it into an authoritarian state.
Imagine lying as easily as @RepTimBurchett does. Nobody is paying the millions of people who will be out there.

Wanting better for your country isn’t hating it, Tim. Quite the opposite. It’s real patriotism. 🇺🇸

Throwing out the constitution to cling to power is the real hating your country.

Hochul: "They promised to extract revenge on their political enemies & apparently any state that has a D gov. Tell me how Florida & Texas could receive these same funds w/o having to go to court? They're playing politics, but more than that, they're playing with people's lives. And that's abhorrent"

Today, I convened a group of former military generals and veterans to hear perspectives on deploying troops in American cities.

Their commitment is to our nation. That’s why they’re speaking out against what the President's doing as uncalled-for, unprecedented, and un-American.
It took them 2 days to come up with that?

Sydney Reid acquitted.

This was a case where someone filming was assaulted, and then arrested and charged with felony assault.

The grand jury no billed that, so they took her to trial on a misdemeanor charge. There were a bunch of discovery problems.

And now this.

Kudos to the FPDS!
A verdict form for Sydney Lori Reid. She was found Not Guilty.
An authoritarian government "encouraging" women to have more babies.

So those babies can grow up to be used as cannon fodder or drones in factories for slave wages.

What young couple won't jump at the chance!
Dr Oz: "Turns out that about 1/3 families don't have the number of babies they desire. They're under-babied. So this president committed to address that during the campaign and he's delivering on that today."

It's no longer protecting consumers because you gutted the entire workforce. That organization has returned almost a billion dollars in stolen money to consumers at the cost of like 80 million a year.

It was one of the most effective government agencies out there

This is the Republican project in a nutshell: break the government, then claim the government is broken and needs to be abolished. Amazing that it works over and over.

Of course it's no longer protecting consumers--he and Elon hamstrung and gutted it.

What Vought is doing is against the law and against the Constitution. Small potatoes next to sending the army into cities and brown people to gulags, maybe, but this administration is lawless from top to bottom.
It's no longer protecting consumers since the Trump regime and DOGE gutted and neutered it.

But that still doesn't give you the right to shutter it.
We're not officially at war, moron; so we aren't going into battle with these fishermen.

Also, murder on the high seas is far more than a deterrent; it's a crime against humanity. There are non-lethal ways to deter smuggling which should've been employed instead.
FOX: With respect to the president, the Coast Guard has been effective with interdictions. But blowing up boats sends a message

DAINES: It's a pretty strong deterrent. But when you go into a battle, it's immoral not to go in w/use of overwhelming force. Trump is leading with bold decisiveness.
Hey, MAGA. Did you think Trump would end FEMA services for you when you voted for him?
Forget about getting equal treatment from the Trump regime.

It's time to stop paying taxes.
Do conservatives get graded on a generous curve?

“Don’t be fooled by those in Epstein’s circle who say they didn’t know what he was doing. Epstein…took a certain glee in making people watch. And people did watch – scientists, fundraisers from the Ivy League and other heralded institutions, titans of industry. They watched and they didn’t care.”
‘Prince Andrew believed having sex with me was his birthright’: Virginia Giuffre on her abuse at the hands of Epstein, Maxwell and the king’s brother
In an extract from her posthumous memoir, Virginia Roberts Giuffre remembers the day an ‘apex predator’ recruited her from Mar-a-Lago, aged just 16; how she was trafficked to a succession of wealthy a...

'Losing their grip': GOP 'worried' about growing anti-Trump sentiment
Indivisible organizer Ezra Levin told CNN anchor Dana Bash that there’s a reason Congressional Republicans and their affiliates are attacking protestors this weekend. Bash pointed referenced a Wall Street Journal reporting that the Trump administration is planning to overhaul the IRS, with one if its goals being the pursuit of left wing groups like Levin’s. “He’s already got a list of potential targets, I can't imagine that Indivisible, which helps plan these giant protests against the president, … would not be on it. Are you preparing for this?” Bash asked. “Well, Dana. What do they say? First, they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win,” said Levin. “We're one step from winning. They're not ignoring us. They're not laughing at us. They are worried about peaceful, broad-based protests all around the country. And that's true of any authoritarian regime anywhere in the world.” “The number 1 thing they fear is peaceful protests, because authoritarian regimes depend on convincing the populace that they are alone and weak and that [the regime] is all powerful. So, I'm not surprised,” Levin added. “But it is really troubling and it's unconstitutional and it's illegal. But we're not going to back down.” Bash played a series of clips of Republicans bashing protestors, including one with House Speaker Mike Johnson describing them as the “Pro-Hamas wing” of the Democratic party. Levin admitted that the GOP is ramping up its hostility against angry voters, but questioned why they were escalating their rhetoric at this time. “The question is, why are they coming at us now?” asked Levin. “And it's because they are worried that they are losing their grip on power. They are worried that other people in blue states, red states and purple states, in rural communities, in Trump country, are going to see the public doesn't support them. And that makes them scared.” “I think what they're doing is backfiring. Our numbers are skyrocketing,” Levin added, citing more than 2,600 protest events planned across the nation and “more RSVPs” than at the June “No Kings” protests.” - YouTube youtu.be

During WWII, all of America was fighting the Nazis, not just the Republicans.

But the was 80 years ago.

Since then, it appears republicans have embraced Nazism.
Johnson: That is not the principles of the Republican Party. You want me to articulate them? We fought the Nazis, we defended that evil ideology.
One of the justifications for Trump firing missiles from Navy warships onto the California coast is it's to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the US Marines.

The problem?

The Marines were founded on Nov 10, 1775.

Just going to keep pointing out that they're openly asserting that they think any criticism of the president is tantamount to "hating America" which is, itself, an insult to American values.
Barrasso on No Kings: "They have this big 'I Hate America' rally this Saturday in Washington where you have all these far-left activists groups coming to protest the president and the administration."
