I can relate… I’m stuck in a similar rut. What I say to myself to keep myself sane is “you don’t exist for your family’s approval” “you are not defined by the number of relationship you’ve had or how they ended” “you are not defined by your career, it’s just for survival and can change”.

Now that it’s October it is my yearly tradition of freezing in my apartment for weeks until my landlord decides it’s consistently cold enough to turn on the heat 🥶. The upside: I don’t pay for heat 🤷🏻‍♀️
