Hey @deno.land Deploy EA ability to add environment variables is broken. I don't know for how long. Tried on multiple browsers.
I will admit I always found it weird and never even considered asking, but now that you point it out, it is actually super weird and should be banned.
Now we are going to fixate on the East Wing instead of murdering foreign nationals, kidnapping citizens and disappearing non-criminal immigrants. Perfect distraction politics.
I was sold with the "frequenter of public entertainment".

Telling moment: I was walking back from the rally, but a couple miles from it, carrying nothing but my gigantic American flag. An eight year old on his bike sees me with it and yells "No Kings!!" with absolute conviction.

My friends, they have lost the flag.
Isn't it great‽
Dear Leader says Tylenol is bad.

2016 me would think 2025 me had gone completely insane or had gone way too dark in the humour department.

I know antifa isn't a real organization because I don't get 40 texts a week from them asking for donations.
My biggest frustration with Fresh 2 was the removal of the component, which has now been restored! I have reverted my personal blog as well as updated my post below! Thanks @marvinh.dev!

reposting with alt text because this feels incredibly significant. the right-wing disinfo machine means a lot of the people grieving Charlie Kirk never heard any of the things he said that would have tarnished his brand as Guy Who Just Wants to Have Dialogue Across the Aisle
Well, that actually sounds Human-level to me. 🫣

"How Are the Very Rich Feeling About New York’s Next Mayor?"

A Dramatic Reading of The Recent New York Times Dispatch from the Hamptons.

Presented by The Gilded Age's Morgan Spector.
Irrespective of the moral position, the Luddites didn't accomplish their goal and are left to history to not be viewed positively. Like a lot of technical progress, AI is something to be managed and controlled, not rejected and ignored.
This is effectively the textbook definition of the Luddites. Technology including AI itself is amoral, it is up to us to properly integrate it into our society which maximises benefit and minimises harm, not stick our fingers in our ears and go "I can't hear you."
this is the really ineffective head-in-the-sand reaction a lot of folks on Bluesky tend to have if you talk about any harm reduction-based approach to the reality that millions of people are using AI tools today. The current approach to critiquing AI is obviously not working, but they don't care.
I agree with this, but you still gotta weed out those who can't understand that maybe what they were academically taught needs to be refined.
It is thankless though, it will never return your love. It will just consume your soul.
7yo morning question: What does the tilde key do?

Apparently watching some sort of Minecraft video some time ago and creator named the key without explanation, and the 7yo has been pondering it potential use for a while.
We are the same age. I can tell by your yoga pants and affluenza.
The King is dead, long live the King!

These Gavin tweets are almost making me want to rejoin Xitter (pronounced like Xian), almost.
Thanks, my sense of order has been restored!
I will admit I missed it first time, but yeah, very ungratifying spoiler.
