I don't know anyone who, if they already realize we're in the throes of an accelerating fascist coup, are not already acting on it instead of posting. This court case is a data point. That's all. I don't see anyone celebrating as much as feeling like we dodged a bullet.

Lemme get this straight. It's perfectly legal within Constitutional Law for a sitting POTUS to order states controlled by his party to alter voting district boundaries in order to secure his party's control of the legislature in the next election? That passes muster if it were taken to the SCOTUS?

Serious question: What's stopping the State of Illinois from arresting Stephen Miller & charging him with incitement?

The Senate didn't confirm him. He's just a guy.

At some point, the states MUST use their authority to prosecute, because the federal government certainly will not.

NEW—US Department of Education sent out standard Out of Office language to employees on Wednesday in light of shutdown. Later yesterday, workers tell me they found someone had updated their auto-responses without consent to a new one blaming Democrats.
