Ik vraag me weleens af of de drang op veel werkplekken om voor elke scheet een meeting te beleggen wordt versterkt door afgenomen leesvaardigheid. "Documentatie lezen is lastig, vertel het me maar gewoon." 'This meeting could've been an email'? Niet als niemand die leest.

Ik zaag mss over de moeilijkheden van kleine retailers op t net en irl, maar met een reden. Willen we echt alles laten verworden tot dit? We worden er zeker niet beter van.
